We are pleased to invite you to an evening of literary insight with two distinguished Iowa City-based authors, Hannah Bonner and Nina Lohman. Copies of Hannah's and Nina's books will be available for purchase from Swamp Fox Bookstore and 10% of the sales from the evening will be donated back to the Marion Public Library. Attendees are welcome to RSVP to receive reminders about the event, as well as to preorder the featured books to guarantee a copy waiting for them at the event. Hannah and Nina will sign their books after the event concludes.

Featured Authors:
Hannah Bonner is a 2023-2024 National Book Critics Circle Emerging Fellow and the poetry editor for Brink. Her film criticism and book reviews have been published, or are forthcoming, in Another Gaze, Cleveland Review of Books, Literary Hub, the Los Angeles Review of Books, and The Sewanee Review. She is the author of Another Woman (EastOver Press, 2024) and lives in Iowa City.

Originally from California, Nina Lohman lives in Iowa City and is the founder and publisher of Brink, a nonprofit, in-print literary journal that champions hybrid work. The Literary Programming Director for the Mission Creek Festival, an annual immersive music and literature festival honoring independent expression. A graduate of Fuller and a 2023 Iowa Artist Fellow, she is an Assistant Visiting Professor in the University of Iowa’s Nonfiction Writing Program. She is at work on a collection of micro-essays on the subject of release.

Join us for an enlightening discussion on literature, writing, and the creative process. This event offers a unique opportunity to engage with these talented authors and gain insights into their work and experiences.

Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you at this enriching literary event.
