Join us in the Board Room the 1st Monday of the month October-May from 3:15-4:00 PM for Expressive Art! Expressing ourselves through the arts can be a powerful experience. That expression can occur through music, painting, dance, poetry, clay, acting or another art form. Engaged in the arts has shown to boost self-confidence, develop inner strengths, and assist in exploring emotions.
