Join us for this program geared toward kids in kindergarten through 5th grade!

CoderDojo is a free program for kids from kindergarten to 5th grade. It offers various stations with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) activities.

Children can freely explore any station that catches their interest. Mentors are available at each station to help them get started, allowing students to learn and explore on their own.


The StarLab planetarium experience includes pre-programmed movies and demonstrations on a variety of space topics:

  • Day and night
  • Moon phases
  • Solar and lunar eclipses
  • Seasons
  • Northern constellations
  • Southern constellations
  • Planets and their moons
  • Dwarf planets

There is a basic 20-25-minute sequence discussing sun & earth, the moon, space-based time units, sky & atmosphere (or not), and solar & lunar eclipses.
