Join us for a walking tour of Uptown Marion!

Did you know that Marion was established and named the Linn County seat before anyone even lived here? Or, City Square Park was the central hub of 19th century businesses? Join us in a walking tour of Uptown Marion with a guest speaker from The History Center and discover the wonders of Marion's past as we reach higher into the future! The tour will begin outside of the library's 6th Avenue entrance. Registration for this program is required, as space is limited!

Remember that July in Iowa is typically hot, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Feel free to bring water, sunglasses, and sunscreen!
