You must have taken the longarm quilter training and be certified by MPL in order to make this reservation.
Are you a certified longarm quilter user? If so, you can sign up for a time to use the library's longarm quilter to work on your project!
Please keep in mind that all users must use materials from the quilting kit or certified materials. The volunteer assigned to your time slot will work with you before you begin to ensure that you are using only thread, fabric and other approved materials. Patrons without approved/certified materials will be asked to reschedule their project time.
Please note that projects must be 90 inches or less due to the limitations of the machine.
You will be able to use as much or as little of the allotted time to complete your project. We know that you might not be able to complete your project in one session but we ask that you only reserve one session per week and two sessions per month to ensure that all users have time with the machine. We will enable a wait list so that we can reach out to you in the case of cancellations.
