Start your yoga and meditation journey!
Join us to learn SKY Yoga's Simplified Physical Exercises and Simple Meditation techniques class. The Simplified Physical Exercises routine simplifies and integrates the best of various yoga routines. When practiced regularly, it helps increase the flexibility of the body and regulates the flow of life energy which leads to better health! No prior yoga experience required.
Highlights include:
Breathing Exercises
Eye Exercises
Acupressure based exercises to rejuvenate vital internal organs
Makarasana for spinal health and flexibility
Relaxation exercises
Sun salutation
Also, learn simple meditation and self-help techniques to put the mind at ease and practice mindfulness! Please wear loose clothing and come in with a light stomach. Bring your own yoga mat or a towel.
Class time will be around an hour with time after that for questions.
