We're celebrating National Tattoo Day! Teens & tweens 11-18 are welcome at this free workshop with Erin Thomas from the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art.

We’re celebrating National Tattoo Day! Teens & tweens 11-18 are welcome at this free workshop with Erin Thomas from the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art. But don’t worry—we won’t do anything permanent. Draw a self-portrait and add tattoo designs that tell your story. You can draw from traditional designs that honor your culture, historic designs used throughout antiquity, modern designs that tell your own personal story, or create your own designs from scratch. You can either bring a self-portrait to trace (we recommend 8” x 10” or larger) or use our templates.
